Dr. Laura Fritsch is Co-Founder of Residual and a Lecturer and Research Fellow at the University of Oxford, where she developed the first Carbon Markets EMBA course. She is an advisor to CIMMYT, a leading international non-profit managing the world’s largest climate-resistant maize and wheat genebank. Previously, Laura co-founded Oka, The Carbon Insurance Company, the first full-stack carbon insurance syndicate at Lloyd’s of London. She was also a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s national institute for data science and AI.
